4.1 Registration Requirements

At the time of registration, you will be required to provide, at a minimum: a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, and country of residence. • Collusion with other players, including soft-play agreements at poker tables, chip-dumping, or coordinated bonus abuse schemes.

• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the Platform as a vehicle for moving funds.

In any event, mekdi88a's aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the net balance standing in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

mekdi88a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion at any time, including without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including Acceptable Use requirements.
